2. Nature of Services
2.1 Jobzhire provides an online platform where:
Employers can post job openings, manage applications, and connect with potential candidates.
Job seekers can create profiles, upload CVs/resumes, and apply for jobs.
2.2 All services on Jobzhire are currently free of charge for both employers and job seekers.
2.3 Jobzhire acts only as an intermediary. We are not involved in hiring decisions, background checks, or employment contracts.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
3.1 Each user (employer or job seeker) must register with a valid email address and accurate details.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 Employers agree to post genuine and lawful job vacancies only. Fake, misleading, discriminatory, or spam job postings are strictly prohibited.
3.4 Job seekers agree to provide accurate resumes and application details. False information may result in account suspension.
3.5 Users must immediately notify Jobzhire if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive material.
Misuse the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent recruitment practices.
Harvest, scrape, or misuse personal data of candidates or employers.
Post jobs requiring payment or investment from candidates.
Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to disrupt Jobzhire’s platform.
Impersonate another individual or company.
5. Content Ownership & Usage
5.1 Employers retain ownership of job postings, and job seekers retain ownership of resumes/profiles.
5.2 By posting or uploading content, you grant Jobzhire a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within our platform.
5.3 Jobzhire reserves the right to edit or remove any content that violates our Terms or applicable law.
6. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
6.1 Jobzhire is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
6.2 Data collected includes, but is not limited to:
Employers: company name, contact details, job postings.
Job Seekers: name, contact details, CV, skills, work history.

Continuous, error-free access to our website.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobzhire shall not be liable for:
Loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
Disputes between employers and job seekers.
Any damages arising from use or misuse of the platform.
